How to flash CM11s on Chinese OnePlus One
Step (1): At first, download the cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed.zip on your PC and copy the firmware to your OnePlus One smartphone's SD card.
Step (2): After that turn off you smartphone and boot it into the recovery mode. To do so, hold the Power button and Volume down (volume -) buttons simultaneously.
Step (3): Now from the recovery screen select “English” language option.
Step (4): On the next screen, click on the option of “Wipe data and cache” and then click on Yes.
Step (5): Just after few seconds you will see the message like “Wipe data and cache successfully”.
Step (6): Now, click on “Install from SD” option to install the firmware file from the SD card of OnePlus One.
Step (7): And choose the cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed.zip file and click on install, and then confirm ‘Yes’ to install.
Step (8): After confirming, the flashing will start. Here you need to wait for few seconds.
Step (9): Once the installation completed, the OPO will reboot along with showing the Cyanogen logo and ‘Powered by Android'.
