Filezilla is the most popular and free FTP client which is used to move files from the local system to FTP and FTP to the local system. I’ve used FileZilla (the FTP client software) for few months and i still love it. I love to use FileZilla for moving files using FTP because it works very smoothly.
There are several other good FTP clients available like FireFTP and Cyberduck but FileZilla is just awesome. And I think most of the people like to work with FileZilla.
As we all know - In FileZilla, you can easily save the FTP login details of multiple sites. So, you will have not to enter the details each time whenever you wish to login. You have to only go to site manager and select the website in which you wish to login and then connect.
But have you ever thought - What you will do if you want to see the saved password in FileZilla site manager?
According to my knowledge very few FileZilla users know about it and most of the people are still not familiar with this information that they can see the password stored in FileZilla. There is a very simple way to see the FileZilla stored passwords. You have to only export the site manager entries and you will be able to see the saved password. Here's:

Step by Step Guide to See Saved Password in FileZilla
Step (1): Firstly, Open FileZilla client.
Step (2): Make a click on File Menu and select 'Export' option.
Step (3): A very small dialogue box will appear, you have to select "Export Site Manager entries" and then click on OK button.
Step (4): After that it will ask you to select the location to save the xml file. Select the file location where you wish to save the xml file.
Step (5): Now you have to open the saved XML file in notepad. In the XML file, you will get all the FTP details you have saved in FileZilla.
Step (6): Select the Host and find the saved password between the <pass> </pass> tags as shown in below screenshot.
By any reason if you don't remember your FileZilla password then you can try this simple way to see saved password in FileZilla. I hope after knowing this tips and tricks, you will have not to go and reset the password from cPanel.
