No doubt the Google Play is the magic box of Apps. I am saying this because most of the Apps, Movies, Books and Devices are available on Google Play. And approx all the Smartphone users have been addicted for searching and downloading any type of apps from here.

People are taking the benefits of Google play very nicely, but recently a lot of Android users are facing an error on their Android devices during downloading or updating any app from the Google Play Store.
The error appears on the screen like “Error retrieving information from server.[RPC:S-5:AEC-0]” after updating to Android 4.3 or 4.2.Hence, the users aren’t being able to update and download any apps properly. A screenshot of error appears on the screen is shown below.

Fix the Google Play Error [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]
Method #1:
You have a nice option to fix it by simply removing your existing Google account and adding it again. This method is very helpful for most of the users and even I have already suggested my friends for try the same trick on Nexus 4 running Android 4.3. After trying they called me and said” thanks yaar, it’s working very smoothly now! “
Note: If you've added more than one Google account, then you will have to remove all of them. You can remove by following the steps mentioned below.
Firstly, Go to Settings --> Accounts --> Google. Now open your Google account, and just click on the menu and choose the Remove option.
When you will choose on remove option then a confirmation box will be appear, so click on the option of “Remove Account”.
Now open the Google Play, accept the terms mentioned there and just select to add an Existing Account when it will ask.
Once you will add your Google account successfully, then its mean – you can easily update and install any type of apps like before.

Method #2:
This is an additional method, and you can try this if the above mentioned method doesn't works for you.
(1) Firstly, Remove your all existing Google account (using above method’s step)
(2) Now Go to Settings --> Apps --> All
(3) And Clear the data using “Clear data” option. You have to clear the data of these 3 services – Google Play Store, Google Services Framework and Download Manager.
(4) After that reboot your Android phone.
(5) Now, it’s time to Open Google Play and to add an existing account.
